El Fuego's founder, Jose, is originally from the Andes region of Ecuador and has been in Nashville for many years. He is passionate about hospitality which is a genetic trait in his family. His enthusiasm has endeared him with the vibrant, hip east Nashville crowd.
In 2018 Jose bought his own restaurant and named it El Fuego (The Fire). It quickly became an east Nashville favorite. Jose makes his margaritas from scratch with real lime juice! At El Fuego, we squeeze cases and cases of fresh limes daily, and you can taste the quality in every margarita we serve.
